4.2.2 FAT sample test. FAT sample testing shall be in accordance with
Table II. Three (3) viewers shall be used in Subgroup 1, three (3) viewers
shall be used in subgroup 2 and four (4) viewers shall be used in Subgroup 3.
In Subgroup 2, one (1) each viewer shall be used for salt fog, sand and dust,
and fungus. FAT test shall be conducted in the order listed except subgroup 2,
which may be conducted concurrently. Failure of any test shall constitute
failure of that unit and may constitute failure of the FAT.

4.2.3 Disposition of FAT samples. After successful completion of the
FAT, the FAT units shall be refurbished and delivered in accordance with the
contract.
4.3 Conformance inspection. Requirements for conformance inspection shall
be as specified in the contract or purchase order.
