4.2.2 Tests. Assessors with adapters that have passed the visual inspections of 4.2.1 shall be
subjected to the inspections in Table II. Twenty (20) units shall be tested per Subgroup 1. At
least four (4) sample units passing Subgroup 1 shall be submitted to the interchangeability tests
of Subgroup 2 and then one sample of each unit passing interchangeability shall be submitted to
the remaining tests of Subgroup 2. Six (6) of the units passing Subgroup 1 shall be subjected to
the Humidity tests of Subgroup 3 and ten (10) of the units passing Subgroup 1 shall be subjected
to the Reliability tests of Subgroup 3. Unless specified, tests may be performed in any order.
Failure of any test or visual inspection shall constitute first article failure.
