h. Environmental pollution prevention measures are contained in the packaging
material specifications or provided by preparing activity for recommended
disposability.

6.3 Definitions.
6.3.1 Damage. Breakage, loosening, shifting, evidence of corrosion, or failure of any finish,
hardware, connection or component; and any degradation of regular performance to values less
than specified herein.
6.4 Environmental inspection procedures. The test methods and procedures of
MIL-STD-810, listed below, are recommended, but are not mandatory for determining compliance
with the environmental requirements of this specification.
