4.2.5 Disposition of first article samples. First article samples shall not be considered as
part of the procurement quantities (see 6.2.i)
4.2.6 Inspection procedures. Unless otherwise specified herein:
a. The auxiliary control module shall be operated in the high power mode at an ambient
temperature of +23°C, ±5°C.
b. The input power shall be in accordance with 3.5.1.
c. All test setup and load resistor tolerances shall be ±5 percent.
d. In the high power mode, the positive and negative voltage regulators shall be adjusted
to an output voltage of +4.25, ±0.05 Vdc and -4.25, ±0.05 Vdc respectively.
e. In the low power mode, the positive and negative voltage regulators shall be adjusted
to an output voltage of +3.25, ±0.05 Vdc and -3.25, ±0.05 Vdc respectively.
4.3 Conformance inspection.
4.3.1 Inspection of product for delivery. Inspection of product for delivery shall consist
of Groups A, B, and C inspection. Test equipment for government verification inspection shall be
made available by the contractor, if required.
4.3.1.1 Group A inspection. Each auxiliary control module on contract or purchase order
shall be 100 percent inspected for conformance to the inspections in the order specified in table
III. All failures shall be removed. Discrete lots shall be formed from auxiliary control modules
that pass this inspection.
